Quiz Results May 2014

Thanks to Stella for reminding me of this (I’m still new, you’ll have to bear with me)! I never put up the scores and pictures from last month’s quiz, so here they are now. Cat’s Whiskers took an early lead in the first round, maintained it by being one of three teams to get full marks on the alphabet round, and then extended it in the last two rounds to run out winners by three points. Full scores and all the team photos are below. The Quizmaster acknowledges a mistake was made with on question – the one about the Beatles’ first U.S. number 1 – but fortunately it didn’t affect the final standings. It won’t happen again (or if it does, I’ll just keep talking over anyone who complains).
